Humphrey Mayanja, who like Daniella is based in the US, downloaded a video from 2013, showing the wife of his brother Jose Chameleone appearing at Makindye Court for fighting with a journalist. In 2012, then 28, Atim slapped Isaac Daniel Katende, aka Kasuku, who was then a journalist with Daily Monitor and a presenter at FM. It was recorded that he was slapped because he reported in the news that Daniella and Chameleon’s home was apparently being sized by the bank.
This incident that Mayanja has brought up happened on December 10, 2012 at The Monitor Publications head office on 8th Street Industrial Area, Kampala. Daniella spent a night in Luzira Prison, as the bail money could not be deposited because the court session ended late.
He however urged his own brother to try and rethink his actions. He told him to clean his life and become a better person otherwise he would end up facing jail time in Luzira. He said he only brought out the data on Daniella to show her she is not as innocent as she shows the World she is so she should also recall her own errors before publicising other’s errors.

As for Tea, he only told her to be cautious about her life and lay stratedgies in order to settle her home before things got worse for her.
When Teta tried to confront Daniella, telling her to stop picking her nose into her family affairs, she however mentioned that Teta does not know the implication of what was going on and she was only running her mouth.
