Gospel musician Levixone had his first upcountry concert at University Inn Mbarara last Saturday with thousands flocking the grounds for this event. Tasting new waters. Levixone had to go all out at this event and to do this, he had to get the best in the game.
The show titled Obukomoko meaning Origin is an idea was produced by Fenon Events, the country’s biggest events country now. Fenon catered for the beautiful stage, lighting and sound and the production house made sure no stone was left unturned at the event.
The concert drew a host of prominent gospel personalities, including Pastor Aloysius Bugingo, gospel artists Kato Disan, Happy Alex, Best Emilly, and Exodus, among others while Mc Eddy and Kacheche handled the evening’s proceedings.
Levixone stepped on the stage after midnight amidst excitement from the crowd that had eagerly waited for him for over three hours and he wasted no time kicking off his performance with hits like Lord is Watching You, Esala, among others before jumping onto his collaborations like Guno Omwaka and Nobody with Mickie Wine, Otwebembere with his fiancée and fellow artiste Desire Luzinda.
Levixone’s music career spans over 10 years where he has previously held several shows at Uganda Museum, Cricket Oval and Kololo airstrip among others which have all been a success.
