On Saturday, April 4, 2025, Ndere Centre in Ntinda was a hive of excitement as Ugandans from all corners of the city flocked to witness an unforgettable night headlined by Nigerian stars Magixx, Bayanni, and Boy Spyce at the much-anticipated Eastside Tour.
Organised by Talent Africa Group, the event kicked off as early as 4:00 PM with electrifying DJ sets by DJ Tony, who was ably supported by energetic MC Sheila Salta, setting the tone for the evening.
The crowd was further entertained with thrilling live performances from some of Uganda’s finest acts, including Denesi, Vinka, Ava Peace, and the fast-rising Joshua Baraka, who has become the new face of Uganda’s urban music scene. The local acts delivered powerful sets that had revellers on their feet and perfectly warmed up the stage for the headlining Nigerian trio.
At 9:30 PM, media personality Sheila Gashumba joined Salta on the microphone, and together they kept the energy high as the audience eagerly anticipated the main acts.
The highlight of the night came at 10:30 PM when the Nigerian trio finally hit the stage. Bayanni was first up, performing crowd favourites like Ta Ta Ta and Feeling God, sending especially the female fans into a frenzy. Magixx followed with hits such as All Over and Okay, before Boy Spyce closed the show with a sensational performance, wrapping up a night to remember.
