Biography:
Vian Captain, born Butele Vian Kiwa was born on 7th March 1998. He is a Ugandan Dancehall / hip-hop artist. He is best known for his club banger dubbed Busagwa. Vian Captain is mostly famous around the areas of Kireka, Bweyogerere and Kirinya- Bukasa. Vian in Terego Arua, he was raised by his parents in Kampala, Kawempe where he spent most of his childhood. He started writing music and developing rhythm at a very young age, in his primary five but did not actively engage in music professionally until 2020.
Vian is managed by Dream Kamp Music. He has released a lot of impressive music which has, overtime scored him performances at the many events and also on many television stations i.e the MTN marathon, the famous High school Kadanke. He has also been hosted by various Television channels like BTM television.
Quite recently, Vian Captain held a very successful concert at club Inferno as a way to appreciate his fans and supporters. Along with his previously well appreciated music,, he has just released another single which he dubbed No Virgins that is fairing very impressively on the market. It has floated well on airwaves and has been played countless times on stations like Radio 4, 103.3 FM
Vian captain began actively making music in 2019. This transpired after he had traveled to Gulu to meet his brother, who was a producer at that time. He released his first song entitled “Blaaza” which didn`t get as much airplay. With this, he did not drop the reigns but went ahead and dropped another song that he dubbed “Baby love” that received poor reception from the audience.
Vian still did not give up on his dream as he later on released “Pretty gyal freestyle“ which started opening peoples eyes about his talent although it was at that time poorly produced. Vian went ahead to release feeling good, a collaboration between him and Thug x Kamp, a producer based in South Africa.
The song that captured the audience most was Love's highway which he did with a fellow artiste known as Ace Kiyaga which received wonderful airplay and was well received by the public. It was also played via various television stations.
He then released his hit single, Busagwa which made ladies fall madly in love with him. Currently, Vian has just released the video of his latest song dubbed “No virginz" and it sure is bossing airwaves. The visuals were also well executed and he is turning into a fast rising artist and a ladies favorite.
